expected. Unsettled weather develops midweek with chances for
precipitation, isolated thunderstorms, and breezy winds in the
afternoon and evening hours into the weekend.

* Today-Wednesday: Periodically breezy winds alongside above
  normal temperatures and areas of Minor HeatRisk.

-Probability of high temperatures 80 degrees F or higher: 75-100%
    (Today- Tuesday) and 30-60% (Wednesday).

-Breezy north winds today and Tuesday, shifting toward south to
     west onshore flow by midweek. Winds gusting 15-25 mph at times.

-5-15% chance of isolated showers or thunderstorms Wednesday PM
     across northern Sacramento Valley and surrounding terrain.

* Late Week-Next Weekend:

-Cooling trend with periodically breezy to gusty onshore winds.

-Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms (10-20%)
     possible, primarily from Interstate 80 northward.

-High elevation snow showers possible late Friday & Saturday, with
     a 30-45% probability of 1 inch of snowfall above 5500 feet
     along Sierra/southern Cascades.
